Under the newly signed framework agreement, other shareholders of Mobil ISC will also have the opportunity in the future to utilize RISE’s integrated IT applications - ePA, TI-Messenger (TIM), and the sectoral Identity Provider (IDP) - for their operations and further development.

RISE has once again been awarded a contract by Mobil ISC GmbH for core digital applications in the healthcare sector. The contract covers the ePA, including the front end, back end, and associated system components, as well as the TI Messenger and the sectoral identity provider. In addition to ensuring reliable operation, RISE will handle maintenance, support, and the ongoing development of the solutions. Mobil ISC is thus continuing its successful collaboration with an experienced technology partner that has developed, certified, and established digital applications and telematics infrastructure components on a large scale for both public and private health insurers.

RISE ePA, RISE TIM, and the sectoral IDP bring together three key applications that cover different areas of digital healthcare. The ePA enables secure access to health data. The TI Messenger creates a secure communication infrastructure within the telematics infrastructure. The sectoral IDP forms the basis for secure digital identification and authentication. The TI applications are not viewed in isolation but are integrated into Mobil ISC’s existing system landscape as a cohesive, end-to-end solution. This enables Mobil ISC’s customers to leverage standardized services and offer their policyholders digital applications based on a high-performance TI infrastructure.
