Monitoring, Management and Consulting

The employees of big consulting houses have been trained in a standardized manner and offer little more than "boxed soldiers" (junior, senior, partner) in defined specialist roles. The disadvantage of this approach is the "soulless" specialization, which - if the resource is any good - is moved from one trouble spot to another and replaced by cheaper staff as soon as possible. Therefore architects have no chance to experience whether their architectures persist and are measured based on the numbers of short-term turnover instead of long-term performance at their customers. These practices do not promote accountability and individual growth of consultants and specialists.

RISE accompanies, leads or advises your projects with project managers, technical specialists and architects from start to finish when possible. Our consultants are responsible to our management board for the overall success of the project. We expect our specialists to respond in time and to do everything they can to prevent project failure. This kind of uncompromising responsibility also ensures a good mood among our employees. Our employees want to and will see their projects succeed. Difficulties are common in IT and provide an excellent opportunity for learning. Misunderstood failures or "total fails" are poisonous, however, and we teach our employees and help our customers to prevent these.

RISE employees and their research have also realized extraordinary results in this field: the largest and most recognized PM organization in the world (PMI) has been extended with a chapter on "management of virtual teams" by this research.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
